外国人職員を対象にした学習会
当法人では、ベトナム、ミャンマー、モンゴル、フィリピン、インドネシアから、祖国を離れて当法人で働く外国人職員を対象に、異文化においても、少しでも安心して介護に携えるよう、知識、技術の向上、日本語の能力の向上を目標とした学習会を実施しています。
彼女達は国家資格である介護福祉士の取得を目指しており、学習会でも真剣そのものです。
外国人職員の皆さんにとって、日本での生活が末永く大切な時となりますように。
We hold study sessions for foreign employees from Vietnam, Myanmar, Mongolia, the Philippines, and Indonesia who have left their homeland to work at our corporation with the goal of improving their knowledge and skills and improving their Japanese skills so that they can carry nursing care with peace of mind even in different cultures.
They are aiming to obtain the national qualification of care workers, and they are serious at the study group.
I hope that life in Japan will be an important time for all foreign employees for many years to come.
